Let me define it again….. Diet is the sum of food being consumed or absorbed by a group or individual.  A person’s diet depends on his or her nutritional status. It requires a very specific calculation according to the needs of the body. That is why it is important for us to learn and understand  so we may attain a certain level of improvement or good health. Although it does not mean that we all have to be cautious of what we eat since not everyone can do it, discipline is an important value. It as also an obvious fact that not all food are healthy. How we choose our food equals the value of our health. Good food being married to good diet, will surely live healthily ever after.
