Stress!


This happens to everyone. I believe the problem of stress comes in when we are not sure how to handle a situation. Sometimes, it is hard to understand ourselves as well as our reactions to these events. Many health guide books say that in order to cope with stress, we must gain control of our own situation. In this case, we need experts to help us deal with it. There were countless factors that causes stress. They can be bereavements, parental expectations, work related issues, conflicts with peers or partners, and many more. Having this kind of problem may also lead to one’s loss of enthusiasm, irritability, anger, restlessness, inability to make decisions. I, myself, am having difficult times with it. It follows me around,  stuck in my everyday living, especially at work. Oh well, who doesn’t have it?
