Today was another busy Saturday and you can’t go wrong with easy, simple cooking.
Being a busy mother and wife, sometimes I just can’t find a schedule to do some “fancy” cooking, or even bake cinnamon rolls. My little girl, who is learning to walk by herself has my hands full with her “adventures”.
With that, express cooking is pretty handy and I’m thankful my husband isn’t a picky eater either and even prefers simple dishes.

- Flaked tuna (in a can)
